BROOKLAND-CAYCE HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION FOUNDATION

SCHOLARSHIPS
The Foundation serves businesses and individuals who wish to present a scholarship to a graduating senior at Brookland-Cayce High School by administering funds, selecting recipients, and presenting awards. Memorial contributions may be designated for a particular scholarship in the individual's name.

Scholarships are awarded through an application process conducted by the Foundation's Scholarship Committee with assistance from the BCHS Guidance Center.

Funds that are donated to the Foundation and designated for scholarships are invested by the Finance Committee as authorized by the Board of Directors. Donations in the form of endowments are invested, and only the interest is used to fund those endowed scholarships. Because the Foundation is chartered as a 501c3 organization, all gifts are tax deductible.
